I thought I was homestly not going to like Pizza Shuttle. I was a die hard Hut fan, but ever since I first had it, I've been addicted to the Shuttle. AMAZING!!! I can't get enough. And the people are always so friendly at the Alameda location. Ty Ty Ty!!!

I used to order from Pizza Shuttle all the time in middle school (Whittier) and continued through high school (Norman High) and college (OU). Pizza Shuttle had always provided: good, fresh pizza at reasonable prices. Alas, those days are long gone. I just tried to place an order and had to cancel it due to out of control prices and subpar service. Here are my major complaints from the past couple of years:

Prices rise substantially every six months (eg. a tuesday special with a price of $9.52 on 2/28/09 is, as of 3/17/09, $12.00 = 21% increase). There are several examples just like this. Update: I just noticed on the Pizza Shuttle website that the price of the tuesday special is $11.09. Why would an employee in the east side store tell me $12.00? Whatever the reason, I lose. Those answering the phones are rude and inconsiderate. Order is often wrong, requiring a pizza to be remade or drinks have to be brought an hour after we are done eating. Goodbye Pizza Shuttle. I always try to go for the little guy but your time has come and gone. I'll take the short comings that come with ordering from the Dominoes and Pizza Huts of the world from now on.

Wow, anonymous you sound really, really bitter. The prices don't raise every six months...they've raised every year for the past three years due to the fact that minimum wage has gone up.

And FYI: Pizza Shuttle employees are nice when YOU are nice to them. Is that such a novel concept? All I know is that I would never want to piss off the people making my food!! I always get my drinks right when I get my pizza...and if the employee ever forgot them...I wouldn't just sit there waiting for them to bring them to me. It's not a damn restaurant. I'd just go up there and ask for them. Wow, what a huge deal! They're like .50!!

Wow, anonymous, how typical: employees blame customers. I'm always nice, you're not. Don't blame the customer for your shortcomings.

So you would pay extra to have your pizza delivered and pay a good tip only to have to drive across town to pickup forgotten drinks. You're full of...pizza.

My wife and I have ordered from the Pizza Shuttle on E. 1000 Alameda for the past 4 months. Everytime we order we get the Chicken Alfredo with cheese and onions on it. 3 out the last 4 times we have ordered this we have received our Chicken Alfredo without cheese. One time the manager gave us a free chicken alfredo, but yesterday when I called the store back to complain the Manager told me that there was cheese on it and he would send out a new one, but needed the one that did not have "cheese" back. I told him no because it took 40 minutes to get the first and we're not about to wait another 40 minutes on a new order. He said, "Fine!" then hung up on me. I understand mistakes happen because I use to work at Pizza Hut, but I'm sorry that is one so rude and two not how someone should deal with a customer. I just want people to know that this is unacceptable and I hope Pizza Shuttle does something to prevent future behavior like this.

I've always had great service with them, though, since I live in a college town (Lawrence), their employees aren't very lively in the way of talking over the phone.
